Troy Corser, the two-time World Champion got off to a great start at Phillip Island in Australia by taking the provisional pole position.
After putting in a time of 1:32.336 on the Italia Yamaha, Corser complained about the balance of the bike on the start/finish line which was affected by high winds.

Yesterday saw the start of testing for the World Superbike session at Qatar with the two Australians battling it out at the front.
