Roberto Rolfo had an accident on his mountain-bike on Sunday and has broken his left collarbone.
The Hanspree Honda Althea rider, will not be taking part in the fifth round of the World Superbike Championship, this weekend at Monza and has now been replaced by Giovanni Bussei.
He will attend to Clinica Mobile doctor on Thursday, when a decision will be made as whether or not to operate.
Michel Fabrizio, however, remains confident that he will be fit for the next race, this weekend, after his recent operation to alleviate the problems he has been having in his right arm.
